Over the years, our PUs organically evolved as nerve centres of our model, extending the circular to the social. We employ many, especially women, struggling for basics. These women are our heroines and treasure troves of stories of innovation, passion, creativity and sheer hard work. In the crucial Covid phase, they were the ones packing the best material into the thousands of customised kits for rural and disaster relief needs.
