MPEG Foundation had sent 20 managers to attend a capacity building programme “Everybody Wins: Negotiating Skills for Manages”, organised at IRMA- Institute of Rural Management, Anand. The objective of the training was to let the managers develop effective communication skills, better leaderships, improved negotiations, marketing techniques, organizational settings. Besides informative lectures various role- play activities were designed for participants to participate and acquire knowledge through their own experience. Renowned professors of IRMA like Prof. Hitesh Bhatt, Prof. SN Biswas and Prof. Nivedita Kothiyal has taken sessions on Management Development Programmes.
